Data & Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your data or your entire account in CCIA (Christ Central Intelligence Agency), published by the CCIA team. You can delete some of your data without closing your account, or request full account and data deletion.

How to request deletion

Email support@christcia.com with the subject line DELETE MY DATA and include:

Whether you want full deletion (account + all data) or partial deletion (specify what, e.g. your public profile, a praise report, or station messages).
If you have an account: the email address you signed in with.
If you use the app anonymously: your Agent code (shown on your dossier), plus the first name and country you enlisted with, so we can locate your record.

We verify the request to protect your account, then process it. You will receive a confirmation when it is complete.

Delete some data yourself, in the app

You don't need to email us for everything. Inside CCIA you can, at any time:

Edit or clear your public profile (favorite verse, bio).
Remove a community praise report you previously chose to share.
Choose not to share future debriefs — your journal is private to you by default.

Retention period

Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days. We do not retain personally identifying data beyond what is needed to complete the request or as required by law.
